Sports and games is an important part of the school curriculum. The school aims to imbibe a sense of good sportsmanship in students by improving their physical and mental health. Sports also empowers students with life skills. Our students at school are trained in below sports and games.

Basketball

Basketball involves plenty of teamwork while also letting individuals talent really shine. Shooting, dribbling, defending, rebounding and passing are among the most significant abilities in the game of basketball. The most attractive area of the school playground is the blue and red coloured court. Very stylish and elegant, on which students love to dribble and shoot the ball into the basket. Playing basketball helps to build endurance, improve balance and coordination, develop concentration and self discipline in players.

Football

Football is foot coordination with the ball. In this game, players communicate with each other on a deeper level to play as a team and win. Our students keep the ground alive with their never dying spirit and love for the game. Students learn and understand rules. The coach introduces them to new drills and techniques. Students are trained to focus on their goal. Football helps in building strength, stamina and speed in children.

Cricket

Cricket is a bat and ball game played between two teams. This sport improves heart health and wellness. The coach teaches players how to spin the ball, batting, fielding, full toss, wicket keeping etc. Our students take great pride in spinning the ball and in batting.

Badminton

Badminton is a racket sport played using rackets to hit a shuttle cock across a net. A player improves his concentration, breathing and enhances his social health. Our students at school play both singles and doubles.

Squash

Squash is a fast moving racket sport using a squishy rubber ball. A game of squash can see one running, leaping and diving for the ball which has many health benefits. It promotes good coordination, agility, flexibility, build hand and eye coordination. Our students enjoy to bounce and rebound the ball onto the wall with same vigor and energy.

Skating

Skating is a sport in which sets of wheels are attached to shoes and are used for gliding on smooth surfaces. The trainer trains the students to perform roller skating and Inline skating, which help in joint and muscle health. Also improves balance and coordination. Students love to glide taking twist and turns on the wheels displaying their unique talents

Board Games

Chess / Carrom / scramble Etc

Various board games are included like chess, carrom, scramble etc for the brain development of the students, to sharpen the child's focus, to soothe anxiety and to value teamwork.

Table Tennis

Table Tennis is all about the control of the ball on the table tennis table. "If you want to win in table tennis, you must hit every ball with a purpose". The trainer teaches forehand and backhand hits, pushes, flicks, loops, spinning the ball and serving. Table Tennis improves hand - eye coordination, reflexes and keeps the brain sharp in players. Students participate in spinning the ball and in giving tough competition to their opponents.
